Labyrinth Rentals

Pictured above is the green labyrinth. We also have a purple option.

The conference Resource Center owns two portable canvas labyrinths that are free for WNC churches to borrow throughout the year.

These labyrinths provide a single walking path for prayer and meditation in the ancient Chartres pattern, leading to a center and returning back again to the start. The journey quiets the mind of typical daily life distractions, moving the soul toward wholeness and renewal in God.

Due to the size and weight of the labyrinths, we do not ship. Once your reservation is confirmed with the Resource Center, someone will need to pick up the labyrinth at the Conference Center in Huntersville. We store each labyrinth in a rolling duffle bag, so they are easy to transport in any automobile.

Each of our labyrinths is essentially a 24 ft by 24 ft piece of heavy canvas that can be laid out in a large space (e.g., fellowship hall, gymnasium, large foyer, etc.). When you're done, simply sweep the canvas clean, fold it up, return it to the rolling duffle bag and bring it back to the Conference Center.

If you're interested in learning more or want to get on our calendar to borrow a labyrinth this year, call or email us! 704-535-2260 or resourcecenter@wnccumc.org
