Mrs. Ina Belle Raines

We have received word of the Sunday, December 10, 2023 death of Mrs. Ina Belle Rorex Raines of Greensboro.  Ina Belle was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Jimmy Raines; sister, Carolyn Sullivan; granddaughter, Juliana Melton Lagesse; and son-in-law, Duane Franks.  She is survived by her son, Jim Raines, Jr.; daughters, Julie Melton (Billy), Belle Strader (Tom), and Caroline Franks; grandchildren, Hayley, Jessica (Holden), Austin (Bailey), Manning (Kimmie), Farrelle, Raines, and Grace; grandson-in-law, Brian Lagesse (Kate); Beth Raines, mother of Hayley and Austin; sister, Judy Henegar (Ed); brother, Rex Rorex; and numerous extended family members.  A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 2:00 at Trinity Church, 5200 W Friendly Ave, Greensboro, NC, 27410, officiated by the Rev. Dr. Caroline R. Franks.  The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
