Date of Death: 11/29/2023 | Date of Birth: 11/23/1935; | Clergy SpouseWe have received word of the Wednesday, November 29, 2023 death of Mrs. Barbara McNaught Hunter of Charlotte. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. P. DeArmon Hunter Jr. She is survived by four children: Parks, John, Evan, and Kristin; and seven grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 2:00pm, in the chapel at Aldersgate Retirement Community, 3800 Shamrock Drive, Charlotte, NC. The family will receive friends following the service.
