Driving Through Fog

November 13, 2023

Our landscape has changed. The road up ahead has drastically shifted from clear days and cloudy skies to immense fog. We can’t see where to go or what to do. Clarity and the hope that often accompanied it have been replaced by uncertainty and, in many places, dread.

The Driving Through Fog leadership cohort is named after a book authored by Brian Zehr a former Pastor, Leadership Consultant, and Executive Coach. The cohort is designed for leaders who are longing to move forward even though they cannot see up ahead. In some cases, they may be leaders who are discouraged, anxious, or feeling alone. Others may find themselves stuck without a specific path to move forward. The cohort is all about finding a biblical, proactive way to deal with adversity.

Adversity affects all of us differently, but we must find a way to advance. This cohort consists of four in-person trainings, each followed by a one-on-one coaching call with Brian Zehr. Participants can expect a collaborative effort to deal proactively with adversity, resulting in a customized pathway towards hope for us and those we lead. The group will wrestle with practical principles that, when applied, catapult us through the fog and into a hope-filled tomorrow. If you are searching for a framework to move forward and a path to take a specific action, then Driving Through Fog is for you.
